Chapel Hill, NC · Branded hotel
Guest-room modules set by tower crane onto a site-built podium on a tight downtown site, with a stepped roof line and a green roof carried by the top-floor modules.
Louisville, KY · Branded hotel
Factory-built guest rooms over a site-built first floor. Prefabrication shortened a typical 12- to 14-month hotel schedule; NAHB 2020 offsite construction award.
Williston, ND · Full-service hotel
Built during the Bakken boom; now a Four Points by Sheraton. Fully finished modular guest rooms with site-built common areas, from production start to occupancy in eight months.
Williston, ND · Extended-stay hotel
Now the Bakken Airport XWA Hotel. Amenities were grouped apart from the modular guest wings so the two could be built on their own schedules.
Detroit, MI · Mixed-use multifamily
Modular apartments over a site-built retail podium on the former Tiger Stadium site. NAHB 2021 offsite construction Entry of Distinction.
Kansas City, MO · Urban multifamily
Four modular stories on a concrete plinth with street-level commercial space. 2018 design awards from AIA Kansas City and AIA Central States.
Nashville, TN · Condominiums
Nashville’s first prefabricated condominium community, with residents moving in one year after module production began.
St. Paul, MN · Podium multifamily
Five modular floors over a two-level podium with semi-automated parking. Offsite construction cut the schedule to 13 months against a typical 18 to 24.
Denver, CO · Urban micro-units
Three modular stories of micro-units over a parking podium on a one-third-acre lot, with a rooftop solar array and shared deck.
Glendale, AZ · Wrap multifamily
A five-story modular wrap around a post-tension parking deck, with a 25,000 SF site-built steel amenity tower and rooftop pool.
Marble Falls, TX · Garden-style multifamily
A repeatable modular product line delivered as a full residential community with clubhouse, pool, and site amenities.
Casa Grande, AZ · Garden-style multifamily
Factory-built housing coordinated with substantial horizontal site development, amenities, and perimeter work.
San Marcos, TX · Student housing
Five-story modular student housing and mixed-use development with parking and commercial space.
