Professional biography

Brandon Ryckman brings nearly 30 years of construction leadership to AMT, spanning commercial, modular, and residential building sectors. His career extends from field supervision through executive management, with experience across feasibility, due diligence, budgeting, delivery, and warranty. For AMT, he connects factory output with the site execution required to turn modules into completed, operating communities.

As Vice President of Construction at Z Modular and previously at T.H. Marsh Construction, he oversaw site development, contract execution, financial planning, and coordination with engineering, production, logistics, and municipal authorities. He has led multimillion-dollar portfolios and teams in both rapid-growth and turnaround environments, with a focus on disciplined execution, clear communication, and stronger operating processes.

At Z Modular, Brandon led the general contracting arm within a vertically integrated delivery model. Over just under six years, he constructed more than 3,000 residential units across communities supplied by the company’s factories. His scope included parcel acquisitions, consultant engagements, entitlements, permitting, horizontal and site-built construction, module setting and tie-ins, and turnover to the operator.

Traditional construction

Brandon’s traditional construction experience includes senior living communities, healthcare facilities, retail and office projects, mixed-use developments, and institutional renovations. At The Mall at University Town Center in Sarasota, Florida, T.H. Marsh coordinated more than 80 general contractors and 1,200 trade workers for a tenant build-out that opened 142 stores and more than 350,000 square feet on schedule.

Experience applied to AMT

Brandon’s background connects early development decisions with construction, module setting, tie-ins, commissioning, and operator turnover. For AMT clients, he brings the budgeting, coordination, and field execution needed to turn factory-built modules into complete communities, and the experience to manage the interfaces between design, manufacturing, general contracting, and property operations.

Role in AMT: keep modular projects executable from permit through turnover.
